Marcel's Brocante When in the region I was asked by friends to do a favour for their friend, Marcel Gaurand, He runs a Brocante (antique shop) in the tiny hamlet of Villaute, La Doire, in the Alpes Maritime commune of Seranon. I was so taken by the vast collection of all kinds of objects I just had to record them. The resulting images make me think Marcel did me the favour of allowing me to take images of such an incredible place. His shop name is word play from a famous French book by Pagnol titled "A la gloire de mon pere".
